If we complete a quotation for you and amendments to the original quotation are needed, we will inform you immediately along with any effect this may have on the original pricing of the job. Our engineers will explain their diagnosis as well as the work undertaken without jargon or an overload of ‘technical talk’.

We are easy to reach via mobile, telephone, email or social media and always respond promptly.


When visiting your property our engineers will always be wearing their ID badges and are happy to prove their identity to you.

To put you at ease that our engineers are who they say they are, you can provide us with a ‘Safe Password’ which only you and our engineer know. Our engineers will use the Safe Password when reaching your property so you have complete peace of mind about who enters your home.

We take our duty to Safeguard vulnerable adults and children very seriously. If any of our engineers are concerned about an individual they will report their concerns in line with company policy.

The Office Team provide a time in which you can expect our engineers to arrive and an approximate length of time for the work to be carried out.

Should our engineers be running late or, once the work has begun, a revised period is needed for completion of the work, we will make every effort to ensure this is communicated quickly and clearly to you.
